On a trip to the Bahamas In Christ Global Ministries, Inc. (ICGM) co-founder Wanda E Sloan had a God idea to help families in need. She collaborated with a dear friend who lives in the Bahamas to start on the vision to assist as many families as possible for Christmas each year. Amid preparing to implement her God inspired plan to see a need meet a need for the Bahamas, the Lord called Wanda home to her eternal rest. The vision of helping families in the Bahamas was then taken up by her beloved husband and ICGM co-founder George M. Sloan, Sr. with the mission to see the vision and plan come to fruition. The long-term vision is to assist families in a variety of places, but it starts with the Bahamas. With that mission and in memory of Wanda, starting Christmas 2024, ICGM presents the First Annual Christmas Endowment (The Bahamian Connection). Where we will meet the need of families to make their Christmas less stressful.
